Thomas Webb is Managing Director of the MiamiFamily Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Miami area.
Mr. Webb is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Dyer-Webb LLC, a Florida-based real estate private equity firm where he is responsible for acquisition sourcing, underwriting and financing structuring. He comes from a background in real estate finance and acquisitions management where he held roles in both private equity funds and family office organizations.
He is actively engaged with high-net worth individuals, family offices and private investment funds looking for diversified opportunities. Mr. Webb is a regular speaker for Family Office conferences throughout the country where he discusses real estate market trends, best practices and value creation opportunities. He earned the accreditation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) through the CCIM Institute and is owner and a licensed broker for subsidiary company, Blackwater Realty and Investments LLC. He continues to be an active member in the local real estate community while contributing to groups such as ULI, NAIOP, ICSC and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center of Real Estate Studies.
A native of Rhode Island, Mr. Webb attended Providence College on a full athletic scholarship for track where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He continued his education at the University of Florida after a career in athletics and received a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance with a concentration in hospitality.
